Shipping
All orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the shipping address zip code.

Juuices are prepared fresh daily and partially frozen for the shipping process. Shipping orders must be submitted by Tuesday each week for 2 day delivery. All orders place on Weds – Sun will ship the following Monday.

Local Delivery
– Juuice delivery is free inside the Atlanta perimeter area
– $10 Fee applies to deliveries 15 miles outside the Atlanta perimeter area
– All subscriptions are delivered for free
– Deliveries are Monday – Friday between 10AM – 4PM ( you will get a text message when your order is in route)

Pickup @ the Kitchen
Location: Juuice Atlanta, 2051 Manchester Street NW, Atlanta, GA 30024
Pickup Time: 3pm to 7pm
Pickup Days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Returns
Juuice ATL is not responsible for any juuice that becomes too hot due to being left out for an extended period of time or not adequately cooled after delivery.

All juice products (juices, elixirs, lemonades, and sea moss) are perishable items, and returns will not be accepted. We pride ourself to “make it right” and ensure customer satisfaction on all orders.

Cancellations
All orders are hand crafted and custom made. We must receive a 24 hour notice prior to your delivery date if you wish to edit or cancel your order. Refunds will not be issued if orders are not cancelled within the 24 hour notice window.

Cancellation requests must be via phone call (833-258-8423) or email (drinkup@juuiceatlanta.com) 24 hours prior to your delivery date to receive a refund.
